Oversize Single-Deck System | Standard + Oversized Cots Side-by-Side | Full-Size Vans Only

The AME-SS150XLC is the funeral industry's only oversize single-deck removal tray engineered to fit a standard and an oversized cot simultaneously — side-by-side — in a full-size cargo van. More than 4 inches wider and 2 inches longer than the SS150 and SS150XL, the SS150XLC is the definitive solution for operators managing bariatric cases, oversized decedents, or high-volume cremation container transport in 2026.

The all-aluminum deck resists corrosion and acts as a fully washable sanitation tray — meeting the infection control standards demanded by today's funeral homes, hospital morgues, and medical examiner offices. Four nylon casket rollers, two bier pin plates, recessed cot cups, and a high-impact fold-down bumper ramp are all standard.

Key Features

  • Fits Standard & Oversized Cots Side-by-Side — The only single-deck system in the industry with enough width to accommodate one standard and one oversized cot simultaneously. Critical for operators running bariatric cases.
  • 4 Nylon Casket Rollers + 2 Bier Pin Plates — Two bier pin locations and four rollers make loading cremation containers, air trays, and caskets significantly easier.
  • All-Aluminum Deck — Fully washable, sanitizable surface. Corrosion-resistant construction for long service life. Protects vehicle floor from damage.
  • Recessed Solid Cast Aluminum Cot Cups — Prevent cots from shifting during transport on every call.
  • High-Impact Fold-Down Bumper Ramp — Protects the vehicle's rear bumper during loading and unloading. Stores vertically when rear door is closed.
  • Floor-Mount Installation — Bolted to vehicle floor mounts for a secure, permanent fit. Professional installation recommended.
  • System Weight: 215 lbs. | Full-Size Cargo Vans Only
  • Deck Dimensions: 52.5" Wide × 95.75" Long — Max load width 51.9", max load length 95.1".

SS150XLC vs. SS150XL — Which One Do You Need?

If your operation primarily transports standard-sized cots in a variety of vehicles including minivans, choose the AME-SS150XL. If you run a full-size cargo van and regularly handle oversized cots or bariatric cases, the SS150XLC is the right choice — it's wider, longer, and purpose-built for the demands of modern first call operations where one standard and one oversized cot need to go in the same vehicle on the same run.
